So I know I have not been posting like at all, but i am still cooking! Last week I made homemade cupcakes and coffee cake! I am also going to cook some more stuff this week and ill take pics and post!:)

Sausage-and-Cheese Frittata!

1(12-0z) package of pork sausage

8 large eggs

1/3 cup milk

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp.salt

1 tbsp butter

1 cup shredded cheese

Here is how it turned out!

You use:

2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups sugar,divided

3/4 cup butter,melted

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese,softened

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping thawed

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 cups thinly sliced ripe peaches(or 1 package frozen sliced peaches,thawed)

1 1/4 cups water

4 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

1(3-ounce) box peach flavored gelatin

1(12-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping,

thawed
